CLIENT Success Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an integral role in ensuring smooth sales operations, providing administrative support, assisting with client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow in client service and relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inbound phone, email, and web inquiries about services in a timely and professional manner with additional information/material; ensure each inquiry is documented accurately in the CRM software

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM software

  • Visit properties to make video recordings of current property conditions and take detailed notes of staging needs for the design team to use

  • Assist the client service team with scheduling property visits and uploading videos/notes for each property to be staged

  • Assist in preparing and distributing client-related documents, such as contracts and proposals

  • Follow up with clients to collect any outstanding logistical information needed to execute services smoothly and answer any questions each client may have to ensure satisfaction; send clients reminders related to contracted services, as needed

  • Assist with investigating and resolving client issues by collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolution; escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders for assistance

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining revenue records, running reports, and coordinating meetings and appointments

  • Assist with the creation of presentations and/or marketing initiatives to pitch/launch new services

  • Assist with the planning and execution of client and marketing events

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional, friendly, and energetic

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute: Beltsville, MD 20705 (Required)

Work Set Up: Hybrid remote

HOURLY RATE:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
