Home Sold in 1 Week! The Power of Staging in D.C.

There’s truly no better feeling than helping our clients achieve their goals. Last year, one couple spent months trying to sell their D.C. home without staging. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to close the deal. In February of this year, they reached out to us for help. After we completed the staging, their home went under contract just one week later!

For the kitchen, we focused on brightening the space. By adding simple touches of greenery, a vibrant fruit bowl, and light-colored chairs, we were able to create an airy, welcoming feel.

The living room transformation ended up being one of our favorites from this staging. By focusing on a mix of blue and gold hues, we were able to add the perfect touch of luxury to the space.

We made the most of the smaller bedroom by adding a cozy bed framed by two nightstands. Sometimes, all a space needs is the perfect pieces to truly shine!
