Home Staging Services
Home Staging was our starting point and remains our most widely known service. Designed for agents and sellers, this service involves bringing in expertly selected furniture, decor, and artwork to increase the perception value of a home on the market. Our experienced stagers arrange carefully selected pieces from our expansive inventory to bring out the best features of each individual room. The primary goal of this service is to achieve a larger return on your investment by selling homes faster and for a higher price. Once sold, our stagers will remove our rental inventory pieces from the space.
We offer a variety of different packages designed to optimize each unique space. Our Essentials Package offers tasteful and intentional, space-enhancing pieces for properties with less square footage. Our Premium Package includes impressively designed pieces to enhance larger living spaces. Lastly, our Luxury Package features opulent furnishings and exquisite artwork tailored for luxury residences.
All packages include full staging services for a living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms for vacant properties. Clients are also able to add additional rooms!

Staging Design’s Design Services stands out as one of our newer, rapidly growing, and extremely popular offerings. Unlike Home Staging, where sellers and agents are looking to temporarily enhance a space for selling purposes, Design Services provides a permanent transformation. Whether it’s a multi-room redesign or single room transformation, we offer custom pricing based on your needs. Clients tend to include homeowners, rental property owners, developers, and commercial space planners.
The process starts with an in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your vision, style preferences, functionality requirements, and measurements. From there, our team of expert designers curates a custom design plan tailored uniquely to you. All pieces are sourced from trusted vendors and partners, and received and assembled for installation by our in-house team.
When everything is said and done, you have an elevated and unique space to enjoy…forever!
