Our team was thrilled to attend the 2025 Las Vegas Market earlier this week, where we gathered lots of fresh ideas, insights, and inspiration on home staging and design trends for 2025!

Explore some of our top predictions for this year:
Earth Tones
When it comes to colors, earth tones are still going strong in 2025. Rich browns, rust, terracotta, mocha, burgundy, dusty rose, and muted greens and blues are all the rage! Sage green, in particular, remains a top choice for its calming, nature-inspired vibe that works well in a variety of spaces. On the flip side, jewel tones like emerald green, sapphire blue, and amethyst purple are perfect for making a bold statement, infusing a room with luxury and drama.

Out-Of-The-Box Design
As far as design predictions, curved furniture continues to be a standout trend with soft, round edges and organic shapes. Also, natural materials like petrified wood (which I’m personally obsessed with!), travertine, and stone-inspired finishes are being seen in tables, consoles, and sculptural decor pieces.

Watch out for oversized art this year! My favorite artwork features abstract textures, mixed-media elements like plastics and fibers, and even linen-inspired designs as a fresh alternative to canvas. At the Vegas Market, I saw several 3-D printed vases with intricate (almost lace-like) patterns that I think we’ll be seeing a lot more of this year.

Featured Texture: Velvet
Velvet remains a personal favorite of mine and a timeless fabric that never goes out of style. For upholstered furniture especially, it offers a luxurious yet inviting feel. I love to feature velvet not just in living spaces but also in dining rooms and kitchens to add an air of comfortability!

Outdoor Stagings
Outdoor spaces are becoming a true extension of the home in 2025, with seating areas designed to be as comfortable as the interior spaces. Including plush cushions, layered pillows, and complete furniture sets is going to be crucial in setting your home apart from others on the market! Sustainable materials resembling wood and stone finishes are being used in outdoor furniture as well, reinforcing the connection to nature with an eco-friendly approach.

Sustainability!
Sustainability is a major focus this year, with manufacturers and designers prioritizing eco-friendly choices. For example, vegan leather is an amazing alternative that closely mimics the real source. There’s been a strong push towards ethical productions and using renewable resources without compromising style or quality, and I’m here for it!

Other Trends To Watch
Lighter wood finishes, especially blonde tones, are continuing to be most prominent in the market. I love this trend because it allows for a greater contrast when paired with black accents and other deep hues.

On the flip side, keep an eye out for an increase in art-deco inspired pieces that are bringing elegance and personality back to interiors!
