We’re thrilled to share our Design Services with our loyal community of DMV realtors and industry professionals! After a client closes on their dream home, they often need expert help with interior design, and we'd love to be their go-to in-house design team. From sourcing and design to installation, our team outfits properties with both functionality and style in mind. The process starts with a walkthrough to discuss each client’s vision and style. From there, our expert team curates unique design plans for each space. All products are sourced from our most trusted vendors and partners! Once all items are received and assembled by our in-house team, we schedule a white-glove service installation to deliver, place, and set up everything at one time.


From a simple decor refresh to a full space design, we’ve got you covered. Our forever design clients include homeowners, rental property owners, developers, and commercial space planners. And as no two properties and clients are alike, pricing is custom.

Designing a Luxury Union Market Penthouse


When we were asked to design the interior of this stunning Union Market penthouse, we were over the moon! Our client had a specific vision for how he wanted his space to look and feel, and we couldn’t wait to bring it to life. To highlight the impressive features of this space, we chose a contemporary look with a neutral color palette of black, white, and grey tones.

Accents of gold and chrome elevated each space and added the perfect touch of sophistication. We also included sculptural pieces and accessories in the design plan to create a bold visual impact.

For balance and comfort, furniture in boucle fabrics, textured pillows, and cozy throw blankets were used in every area.

Each room received individual attention, including a curated selection of art pieces for a cohesive look throughout the property. The outdoor space was no exception! To draw your attention to the fabulous DC cityscape outside, a rooftop lounge area was added with plenty of throw pillows for a luxurious look.

The finished product was high end and opulent design to match the property.
